The Kerala Football Association hasselected EbindasYesudas of LiFFA Trivandrum as the best sub-junior player in Kerala for the 2019-2020 season.
Ebindas won the award for his outstanding performance in the Sub-Junior All India Football Championships which concluded in Bangalore and Kolkata last year. Ebindas scored 10 goals in 6 matches for Kerala in this championship. Ebindas is also a member of the Under-16 Indian team preparing for the AFC Cup in Bahrain.
He has also played a key role in helping Kerala Under-14 team to reached in the quarter-finals for the first time in the history of new format, by scoring 2 goals in three matches for Kerala in the sub-junior category of the International Subrato
Mukherjee Cup held at New Delhi in 2018-2019. He was also awarded scholarship by the Indian Air Force. Ebindas, who is also the Thiruvananthapuram district team captain, won the Best Player award at the 2019-2020 Sub Junior Kerala State Championship. Ebindas had worn the jersey for Thiruvananthapuram District Under-14 team in 2018-2019 as well.
