LiFFA Trivandrum are KFA’s maiden Academy Youth League champions after completing a 6-2 win over Desinganadu SC at Kollam Peeranagi maidanam in U-18 and 3-2 win in the U-14 cateory against Muthoot FA at Eranakulam Corporation stadium. The result saw us finish with 22 points, one ahead of second-placed Don Bosco FA in U-18 and unbeaten champions of group A in U-14.

This run demonstrated the players’ tenacity and willingness to fight till the end, enabling them to beat highly competitive teams. In doing so, we became the first side to win U-18 and U-14 categories of KFA Academy Youth League titles. Winning the KFA League in this way would have itself made 2019-2020 a remarkable season. But the team delivered even more this year. And we did so in style, scoring a remarkable 52 goals in both categories – a new top-flight KFA record.
